Discounts
Special discount rates apply to stays of over two weeks
Deposit
A deposit of £100 per rental week is required to secure the booking.
The balance is due for payment two calendar months prior to departure.
Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit of £100 is to be deposited with
us prior to your arrival. On verification that all is in order this
deposit will be returned within 30 days. Alternatively, you can purchase
a non-refundable Damage Guarantee Certificate.
Pool Heating
If pool heating is required (recommended for November - March) then
this will cost £80 ($130)
per week.
