We are approximately 30-40 minutes from all the major Theme Parks. A short 10-15 minute drive will connect you to the i27 highway which will then lead you onto Theme Parks and much more.
It is fully air-conditioned and climate controlled. Plus, the family room, master and second bedroom suites all have remotely controlled ceiling fans.
Smoking is permitted but only outside of the villa at poolside.
Yes, it has a selection of games and air hockey.
Our villa is fully equipped to be like a home from home and has all the bed linen and towels you will need.
There will be toilet tissue and soap in each bathroom and some essential toiletries for your first night. You will just need to bring your own beach towels for when you use the pool.
Please note: the property is offered on a self-catering basis and no food and/or cleaning supplies are provided, for your health and safety any such items left by a previous guest are disposed of by the housekeeper.

It has a fully equipped utility room with a (large if you are from the UK) washing machine and tumble dryer, plus an iron and ironing board. You just need to supply your own washing detergent.
We do advise that you carefully read the villa handbook upon arrival and be vigilant when kids are in and around the pool area at all times.
It is cared for by a local management company who ensure the villa is maintained to the highest standards. Their services include housekeeping, weekly pool care.
They are also on-hand from their office which is just a short distance away to assist you during your stay in the unlikely event that you have a problem at the property.
